HostPapa, Inc., a leading Canadian internet company specializing in web hosting solutions for small to medium businesses, has announced the acquisition of PacificHost, previously owned by Add2Net, Inc, alongside other supporting brands.

Founded in 1999 as part of the Add2Net product portfolio, PacificHost positioned itself as an affordable web hosting alternative with a largely U.S.-based customer base. Additional assets in the acquisition include Lunarpages, TheVine.net, Santa Barbara Web Hosting, and eSolutions.net.

This acquisition strengthens HostPapa's ability to deliver affordable business solutions to customers in the United States and beyond, combining companies with shared goals to maximize stakeholder potential.

HostPapa CEO Jamie Opalchuk stated: "We're excited about the possibilities that this acquisition brings to HostPapa, including strengthening our position in the United States."

Add2Net CEO Chad Riddle commented: "We are pleased to sell these brands to a company that will continue to provide the highest quality service for the unique needs of this segment."

HostPapa will prioritize upgrading infrastructure for newly acquired customers while enhancing support coverage and expanding service offerings.
