Hostopia IPO'd on the TSX in 2005 and was acquired by Deluxe Corporation in 2008 for C$124M. HostPapa acquired Hostopia from Deluxe Corporation (NYSE: DLX) on June 29, 2023 as part of the carve-out of Deluxe's web hosting and logo design business. Today Hostopia anchors HostPapa's partner-channel segment alongside CloudBlue.
